Come learn about the rich history of the facility, as well as how it continues to evolve throughout history to remain one of the finest facilities in the region. Get a unique perspective on how the nation's first hospital, which was founded in 1751 by a group of public-spirited citizens lead by Benjamin Franklin and Dr. Thomas Bond, has adhered to a philosophy of caring to remain at the forefront of innovating patient care, treatment techniques, and medical research through its third century.
