Like having guest speakers in class, podcasting is an online content delivery method that can empower students to identifying career choices. Two different applications of podcasts were developed to provide context for learning health administration concepts. First, the “Health Leader Forge” podcast that explores roles and responsibilities of leaders in a variety of healthcare organization contexts. Second, the casebook Healthcare Management Quality: A Case Study Approach implemented podcast interviews with professionals as supplements 25 different case studies. This poster provides examples and resources for developing health administration podcasts.
