Measuringstudents

Email-Banner-Posters.png

In this poster we will present the results of tracking students’ competency development over two student cohorts (3 years), using a comprehensive competency attainment model that has been refined across two university graduate health administration programs.  This program’s competency model has also evolved over time based upon feedback from the program’s healthcare executive advisory board.  Areas for curricular improvement have been identified and adjustments made as a result of using this model to track student-level learning outcomes aligned to the program-level competencies.
