About the 2015 AUPHA Annual Meeting

Teaching Leadership for Population Health: How to Hit a Moving Target

The Annual Meeting brings together individuals from the fields of healthcare management education, practice and policy. Together we learn about the changing health system and share ideas and proven practices in educating future leaders. The Annual Meeting features provocative and innovative speakers and engaging sessions. We strive to champion fresh ideas and forecast innovative directions in health management education. The Annual Meeting also provides a wealth of opportunities to engage in informal networking with faculty working in both domestic and international programs.

New this Year ...

Take Advantage of our New ‘Ignite’ Sessions

AUPHA recognizes how important it is continue to provide new and innovative ways to present content at the Annual Meeting and to engage our attendees. This year we introduce the Ignite Sessions. Ignite-style sessions are fast-paced 5-minute sessions designed to generate awareness and stimulate discussion. The official Ignite event holds the motto, “Enlighten us, but make it quick!” The presentations are meant to “ignite” the audience on a subject, whereby awareness, thought, and action are generated on the subjects presented. Please make sure to attend one and find out what these sessions will ignite in you.
