Our poster highlights the struggles educators face in translating in-person classroom activities into the virtual classroom setting. Research shows that focusing on developing dynamic and engaging classroom activities enhances the student learning experience, increases knowledge retention, and supports competency development. We found that by integrating similar tools in the face to face and online learning environments, students achieved comparable competency level attainment across the cohorts.
